市发改委：高位推动项目建设努力完成全年目标_我的网站

一 | Ranveer Singh’s powerhouse performance in Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar has captured nationwide attention, but another actor who has unexpectedly become the internet’s favourite is Akshaye Khanna. Playing the enigmatic Rehman Dakait, Akshaye has left audiences mesmerised with his effortless screen command. Even those who haven’t watched the film yet are obsessing over his now-viral dance sequence to the Arabic track FA9LA, sung by Bahraini rapper Flipperachi. What most fans don’t know, however, is that the entire moment was created on the spot by Akshaye himself. In a conversation with Mid Day, choreographer Vijay Ganguly revealed that the original plan for the song was far more restrained. “The track marks Rehman Dakait being crowned Sher-E-Baloch. Akshaye was supposed to walk through the dancers and take his place on the throne,” he explained. “But watching the energy on set, he suddenly said he wanted to dance a little as he walked in. None of us had any idea what he was about to do. He just entered, felt the vibe, and performed spontaneously. Ganguly shared that the actor was battling severe altitude sickness throughout the schedule. “Akshaye would keep a small oxygen cylinder with him. During the song shoot, his oxygen levels dropped. After every shot, he’d put on the mask, recover, and immediately return for the next take,” he said. “Despite all that, he delivered a flawless performance and wrapped the sequence in one stretch before heading home.” View this post on Instagram A post shared by Ranveer Singh (@ranveersingh) The scene has since become one of the standout moments of Dhurandhar, praised for its swagger. What stands out the most for fans is Akshaye’s raw, magnetic presence. Featuring a star-studded cast including Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan and Rakesh Bedi, Dhurandhar continues its strong box-office run. Fans are now eagerly gearing up for Dhurandhar 2, slated for release on March 19, 2026.Also Read: Dhurandhar Box Office Day 4: Ranveer Singh’s Film Sees a Dip in Collection。项目是稳定经济增长的“助推器”，是推动高质量发展的“硬支撑”。进入四季度，市发改委牢牢抓住重大项目这个“牛鼻子”，坚持台账式管理、清单化推进、“三位一体”调度，推动项目建设跑出“加速度”，全力冲刺四季度，确保打好打赢全面振兴新突破三年行动攻坚之年攻坚之战。　　作为我市单体工程投资最大的项目——总投资109亿元的清原抽水蓄能电站一期项目将于年底前实现6台机组全部投产发电。届时，将实现年发电量30亿千瓦时，年纳税超1亿元，为全市经济社会发展提供强大的新动能。同时，总投资86亿元的二期项目前期进展顺利，年内实现可研招标，力争明年核准并开工建设。　　抚顺市发改委主任吴建波说：‘市发改委牢固树立“项目为王”理念，锚定投资目标，努力克服有效需求不足压力，高位推动项目建设，持续增强经济社会增长动能。1-9月份，全市开复工重点项目479个，同比增长16.8%；其中，亿元以上项目117个，同比增长9.3%。’ 　　今年以来，市发改委以全面振兴新突破三年行动为总牵引，聚焦全年经济社会发展目标任务，担当实干，聚力攻坚，推动经济发展提质增效。前三季度，全市地区生产总值同比增长4.7%，增速逐季提高、向好态势巩固；争取中央资金支持项目33个、到位资金14.1亿元，有力支持沈白高铁配套工程等项目加快建设；谋划都市圈重点项目20个、参与都市圈重大合作事项63个，区域协调发展深入推进。　　抚顺市发改委主任吴建波说：‘“冲刺四季度打赢攻坚战”的号角已经吹响。市发改委上下正以冲锋冲刺的奋斗姿态，拼抢争实，加压奋进，千方百计挖潜力、扩投资，多措并举谋项目、促发展，用心用情办实事、惠民生，竭力推动各项工作争先进位，为打好打赢攻坚之年攻坚之战贡献发改力量。

二 | ’ 　　进入四季度，市发改委奋力决胜攻坚之年攻坚之战，紧盯关键领域，强化经济运行调度与分析研判，精准施策解决突出问题，全力保持经济回升向好态势。锚定全年507个开复工项目，持续完善项目调度服务保障机制，不断形成更多实物工作量；力争龙岗山滑雪场、抚顺新钢铁高炉改造、辽河油田风电等重大项目年内开工建设，加快形成新投资、新动能。
